How it Works!
Create an account and login to the Digi Marketing Law platform. To create an account all you need is an email address and payment method. Once you have created your account you will be able to enter our software and begin creating your customized legal documents.
You will also want to download our Document List. This list identifies each different type of document available in our software. The list will also describe the function of each document and tell you when, how and why to use them. Just like everything else in DML, these documents are described in plain English so you don’t get confused by legal jargon.
Once you have successfully logged in to the DML software you can get started creating your documents. To do this, all you need to do is click on the “New Document” tab at the top of the screen. On the New Document page, you will then select the document you would like to create from the drop-down menu.
Once a document is selected there will be some questions for you to answer. The first set of questions are simple yes/no questions about your business. The second set of questions are data entry like - “What is the name of your website?” or “What types of services do you offer?”. Once all the questions are answered click on the “generate” button and your customized legal document will be created.
Once you have created the document return to your personal document catalogue by clicking the “My Documents” tab. You will now see your newly created legal document. All documents are generated in word (.doc) format so will need to have compatible software on your computer. You will now be able to download and review your documents.
You can create as many legal documents as you wish, so don’t worry if you ever want to make some changes. You will not be charged extra no matter how many different documents you create. Our flat rate, yearly, subscription pricing makes it easy and affordable to get the legal tools your business needs – exactly when it needs them.
What exactly do I get as a clicklaw member?
All Clicklaw members get unlimited access to all legal documents on our platform. A list of documents and explanations can be downloaded by clicking the link above. There is no limit to the amount of times a particular document may be created.
Is Clicklaw a law firm?
No, Clicklaw is not a law firm, although it was created by an online business attorney. We do not provide legal services. Instead, Clicklaw has created a platform that allows business owners to put the necessary legal contracts, documents and instruments in place to make sure it is legally protected.
What if I don't know what I need?
No problem. The list of documents (download by clicking the link above) explains what each document is, why you need it, and how to implement it into your business.
Do I have to pay for each document I create and/or download?
Absolutely not. Clicklaw members pay a yearly subscription fee for unlimited access. The fee is less than what it would cost to have an average attorney draft up the same documents.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30 day refund period. The only exception being that if you created and/or downloaded more than one document then you will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I replace my lawyer with Clicklaw?
Our belief at Clicklaw is that there is no replacement for a GOOD attorney... if you can afford it. In fact, Clicklaw is a great tool for lawyers and there are some who currently use our platform to assist their legal practice.
What if i need a legal document that is not available on the platform?
Contact us at email@example.com. We are constantly updating our catalogue as our client base grows and their needs expand.
Will Clicklaw represent me in court?
As stated above Clicklaw is not a law firm. We do not provide in person legal services.However, if you find yourself in need of an attorney you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to put you in touch with a qualified attorney who can assist you directly.
